Victor Eugene Key

Victor Eugene “Gene” Key of Union City, IN passed away on December 29, 2024, at his residence. He was born on March 31, 1942, to the late Hubert and Evalyn (Thokey) Key.

Gene served in the United States Air Force. He enjoyed tinkering with computers and was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Union City.

Survivors include his brother John Key of Northwood, OH, niece Karla Pohl of Fort Wayne, IN, nephews Jason (Erica) Key of Boston, MA, Joseph (Diana) Key of Clearwater Florida, and several cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and several cousins.

The family will receive visitors from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Saturday January 4, 2025, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Union City, IN.

Immediately following the time of visitation, a funeral service to celebrate Gene’s life will begin at 11:00 am.

Burial will follow at Union City Cemetery.
