SURVIVED BY:   Husband: Dave Keagy, Her Dog: Kiki, Father: Gene E. Loy, Father-in-law: Roy Keagy, 3 Sisters: Teresa Smith, Kitty (Paul) Curtner, Shelly (Tim) King, Brother: Jim Loy, Great Nephew: Austin Smiley all of Union City, Indiana  Nieces and Nephews, Great Nieces and Nephews also survive.

 Celebration of Life will be held Sunday March 17, 2013 at the Community Fellowship Church from 3-5 P.M. in Union City, Indiana with Rev. Rodger Garland Officiating.  Church Address is 1051 State Rt.28 West Corner of Jackson Pike and State Rt.28. Private Graveside Services will be held at a later date
