Sylvia Ditmars

Sylvia Ditmars 90 of Greenville, OH passed away on September 24, 2026 at Rest Haven in Greenville. She was born on October 31, 1935 to the late Ray and Stella (Newton) Prescott.

Sylvia loved the Lord and attended Assembly of God in Greenville. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, gardening, hosting for friends and being at her home.

Survivors include her sister Ruth Bowser of Anderson, IN, step daughter Jody Tyree of Evansville, IN, nephew Mark Bowser of Columbus, OH, niece Cynthia, friends Elsa Kroger and Rick (Ruth) Ramey of Lewisburg, OH.

The family will receive visitors from noon to 1 on Friday October 9, 2026 at Reichard Funeral Home 400 W. Deerfield Road Union City, IN 47390.

A funeral service to celebrate Sylvias life will begin at 1:00 with burial to follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
