Shirley J. Weimer

Shirley J. Weimer 88 of Union City passed away on July 21, 2025, at Forest Park in Richmond, IN. She was born on July 12, 1937, to the late Lowell and Thelma (Rank) Bowers.

Shirley loved bowling, dancing, and spending time with her family. She was a member of the Moose Lodge in Greenville, American Legion Post #150, Elks Lodge in Union City, and Eagles in Union City.

Survivors include her children Ted (Dana) Weimer of Clovis, CA, Teresa (Jerry) Dunlap, of Union City, IN, Dana Weimer of Union City, IN, grandchildren S. Renee’ (Joshua) Timmerman, Anthony (Ann) Weimer, Farren Weimer, Daniel (Laura) Weimer, Samatha (Danny) Phillips, Tara Weimer, Jared (Mallory) Dunlap, Alicia Delcon, Josh Dunlap, Stephen (Katie) Weimer, Lily Weimer, 27 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Daniel J. Weimer, brothers D. Corky Bowers, and Leroy Bowers.

The family will receive visitors from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm on Tuesday July 29, 2025, at Reichard Funeral Home 400 W. Deerfield Road Union City, IN 47390.

A funeral service will begin at 2:00 pm with burial to follow at Brick Memorial Cemetery in Union City, IN.
