Weiss-Greenville, Ohio, Elizabeth Ann (David) Simpson-Muncie, Indiana, David (Bonnie) Weiss-Wayne, Illinois, Patricia (Tod) Carroll-Union City, Ohio. 5 Grandchildren: Ben (Lisa) Carroll, Kelli Weiss, Sarah Carroll, Rebekah Simpson, Rachel Simpson. Sister: Mary Ann (Robert) Clark-Portland, Indiana, Brother: Robert (Janet) Seman-LaGrange, Indiana. Nieces and Nephews also survive.

VISITATION: Thursday October 17, 2013 from 5-8 P.M. at Reichard Funeral Home Inc. 400 W. Deerfield Road Union City, Indiana and 1 Hour prior to services at the Church.
