Rachel Harter, 25, of Winchester, Ind. passed away Friday Aug. 26, 2016. She was born December 5, 1990, daughter of the late Jeffrey Harter and Mila Addington of Portland, Ind.

Graveside services are 3:00 P.M. Tuesday, August 30, in the Salamonia Cemetery, Salamonia, Ind. with the Rev. Richard Collins conducting services.
