Phyllis A. Gibson, 74, passed away Friday January 15, 2021 at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital in Indianapolis, IN. She was born September 7, 1946 in Union City, IN to the late Neil and AlaMae Arthur.
She loved to be outside working in her garden, loved her dogs and other animals, loved visiting with her friends and telling stories. She was a RN for most of her life working for Dr. Chambers and serving many throughout the community.
She is survived by a grandson, Jimmy (Madison) Gibson of Union City, IN; nephew, Rick Gibson of Hamilton, OH; several other family and good friends also survive. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her.
She was preceded by her parents; husband, Jimmy Ray 'Duck' Gibson, "2008;" a son, Jason A. Gibson "2013."
Visitation is 12 Noon - 1 PM Wednesday January 20, 2021 at the Reichard Funeral Home Inc. Services will follow at 1 PM with burial in the Union City Cemetery.
