Paula "Penny" Purnell

Paula “Penny” Susan Purnell passed away Friday December 16, surrounded by family at her residence. She will be deeply missed by her loving family. She was born January 21, 1948, daughter of the late Cecil and Doris Warrell.

 Penny enjoyed loving and spending time with her family, loved to read and do puzzles, crocheting and quilting and playing cards with her friends.

 Left to cherish her memory are her husband Galen Purnell who she married on December 31, 1969; children Jenny Ashley, Galen “Petie P.” Purnell; grandchildren, her favorite special granddaughter Amanda (Berkely) Vinson, Cody Brumbaugh, Mia and Nathan Ashley, and Hayden Purnell; great grandchildren Jaxsin and Jovie Vinson.

 In addition to her parents she was preceded by a great grandson Lincoln Vinson.

 A celebration of life will be held later at the convenience of the family. Flowers may be sent to the Reichard Funeral Home.
