SURVIVED BY:  three children; Dick (Terri) Robbins of Manila, Phillipenes, Peggy (Chuck) Wilcox of U.C., OH, and Debbie Sigler of U.C., IN.  Grandchildren; April Stewart, James Sigler, Richard (Cary Jo) Sigler, Ben Woodard, Michelle (Marc) Robbins Tangle, Michael and Jonathan Robbins.  Four Great Grandchildren and one Great Great Grandson.

PRECEDED BY:  Parents, one son, Rick Robbins, five siblings; Mary Zel (Lester) Chilton, Wilma (John Ed) Martin, Lovene Robbins, MacClelon (Winlee) Robbins and Orlen Robbins.

VISITATION:  1-3 PM Wednesday Nov. 30, 2011 at the Reichard Funeral Home Inc.

SERVICES: 3 PM Wednesday Nov. 30, 2011 also at the Funeral Home, Military Burial Rights will be conducted by the Randolph County Color Guard
