Maxine D. Waymire

Maxine D. Waymire, age 94 of Rossburg, Ohio passed away Wednesday February March 8, 2023 at Rest Haven Nursing Home in Greenville, Ohio.

She was born on May 4, 1928, to the late Harry and Josie (Shiverdecker) Shook.  She married A.J. Waymire on February 11, 1950, and he preceded her in death.

She was also preceded in death by her son in law Larry Hummel as well as 10 brothers and sisters.

Survivors include her children Karen (Eric) Link of Portland, IN, Katie Hummel, Randy (JoAnn Trick) Waymire of Rossburg, OH, Ruth (Bill) Fourman of Ansonia, OH, Nancy (Roger) Songer of Abington, VA, 19 grandchildren & spouses, 63 great grandchildren, 8 step great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, 12 step great-great grandchildren, and her dog Lucky.

Visitation will be on Sunday March 12, 2023, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Reichard Funeral Home 400 W. Deerfield Road, Union City, IN. Funeral services will take place Monday March 13, 2023, at 1:00 pm at the funeral home.  Burial will follow at Greenville Township Cemetery.
