Mary Moreland

Mary Moreland 81 of Winchester, IN passed away July 21, 2023, at Ascension St Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born on May 17, 1942, daughter of the late Alfred and Susie Honeycutt Parrigin.

Mary enjoyed gardening, watching gameshows, sewing, and spending time with her family.  She attended Freedom Life Church in Winchester, IN.

Survivors include her children; Linda (Bruce) Collins, Lora Hunley, Rosemary (Jason) Miller, James (Sally) Moreland Jeff (Jennifer) Moreland, daughter in law , Betty Moreland, brother; Junior Parrigin, grandchildren; Angela Lankford, Ashley (Justin) Schwieterman, David Collins (Melissa Downey), Daniel Collins (Miranda Myers), Travis (Melissa) Hunley, Diane (Shaun) Ashley, Robbie (Tiffany) Moreland, Emily (Adam) Grimes, James Moreland, Matt Moreland, Nathan Young (Alyssa Neuenschwander), Faith Miller, Levi Miller, Ally Miller, Shelby Moreland, Dillon Moreland, 25 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Taft Moreland Jr., her son, Larry Moreland , son in law , Scott Hunley , brothers; Marshall  Parrigin, Tom Parrigin, Randall Parrigin, Curtis Parrigin, Howard Parrigin, and Gene Parrigin.

Visitation will take place on Tuesday July 25, 2023, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Reichard Funeral Home 400 W. Deerfield Road Union City, IN 47390.  Funeral Services will begin at 1:00 pm with pastor Matt Holloway officiating.  Burial will follow at Fountain Park Cemetery in Winchester, IN.
