Marion Keith Fields

  MARION “KEITH” FIELDS, 78, passed away Sunday November 23, 2014 surrounded by his loving family at his home. He was born April 30, 1936 in Union City, Indiana son of the late Elmer & Ruth Matchett Fields. Keith worked for Gulley Ford in Winchester, Indiana for 46 Yrs. as a mechanic and body man, he also farmed and worked at Conn’s Collision. Keith loved woodworking, gardening, restoring old tractors, was a John Deere man and drove nothing but Fords.

  Survivors include: his wife of 58 Yrs., Anita Powell Fields, children; Vicki (Edwin) Gregson of Greenville, Ohio, Gregory (Elizabeth) Fields of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, Julie (Anthony) Pierson of Cincinnati, Ohio.  Grandchildren;  Amy (Brian) Lloyd, Matthew (Britany) Puccini, Jason (Veronica) Fields, Ashley Clark, Katlynn (Joshua) Hendricks, Jenna (Clifford) Rigsby, Taylor Pierson and Emily Pierson. 3 step grandchildren; Beth Anne (Marc) Chesnes, Rob (Kasi) Gregson and Chris (Nancy) Gregson, 12 great grandchildren. 7 sisters; Martha (Arthur) Harris of Portland, Indiana, Joyce (Gerald) Thomas of Portland, Indiana, Janet (Carl) Reinhart of Bryant, Indiana, June (Harold) Alley of Arcanum, Ohio, Kay (Tom) Baker of Winchester, Indiana, Kathie (Kenny) Cook of Winchester, Indiana and Norma Cramer of Portland, Indiana; 2 brothers; Robert (Mary) Fields of Ansonia, Ohio and Charles Richard (Trish) Fields of Bryant, Indiana, several nieces and nephews also.

  He was preceded by his parents and a sister, Karen Shawver.

  Visitation is 5-8 p.m. Friday November 28, 2014 at Reichard Funeral Home Inc. 400 W. Deerfield Road Union City, Indiana.  Services will be 8:00 p.m. Friday with Hospice Chaplain Jon Hudnall officiating.  Burial will be held at the convenience of the family in Weimer Cemetery Saratoga, Indiana.
