Luella Ann (Welker) Conley, 71, passed away December 4, 2020 at Ball Memorial Hospital. Luella was born February 14, 1949 in Greenville, OH to the late Jr. Theodore Welker & Ruth Anna (Nelson) Welker.
She worked as a home health aide for many different people. Luella was a long time member of the Eagles, and the American Legion in Union City.
She is survived by a daughter: Melissa Clark of U.C., Indiana, three sons: Joseph Scott Davis of Winchester, Theodore (Donna) Welker of Union City, IN, and Robert Conley of Greenville, OH. One sister: Cheryl Welker (Diane Archer) of Celina, OH. Several grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded by her 1st husband, Luther Davis, her most recent husband, Eugene Conley, a Sister Marie Welker Schulz, and sister in law Amber Davis.
Due to the Covid19 there will be no Public Services. Private Graveside Services will be held later at the convenience of the family with burial in Snell Cemetery.
