Junior G New

Junior G. New, 87, passed away peacefully at home Wednesday December 28, 2022, after multiple battles with severe illness. He was born October 9, 1935, in Cedar Hill, Kentucky son of the late Robert & Dorothy Morrow New.

 Junior married Norma on March 15, 1958. He worked at Sheller-Globe and was a family janitor for many years.

 He is also survived  by three sons, Barry (Cheryl) New, Michael (Betsy) New and Jeffrey Robin (Lori) New; grandchildren, Kelly (Antonette) New, Leslie (Andrew) Jones, Whitney (Jason) Allen, Jacob New, Gabe (Olivia) New, Sarah (Mack) New, Rachel (Zack) Adkins, Noah New, Chad (Mindy) Manning, Blaine (Emily) Manning, BreeAnn (Travis) Simmons; great grandchildren, Adam, Xavier, Bentley and Greyson Manning, Cameron and Harrison Jones, Parker Noes, Holly Adkins, Liam Gerace, Harper and Hayes Manning, Tegan and Jasper Simmons; close friend Howard Kurtz

 He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Norma New; 2 sisters and 3 brothers; an infant daughter Sheila Ann that passed away at birth.

 Viewing from noon-2 Tuesday January 3, 2023, at the Reichard Funeral Home Inc. Services will be held at 2 PM with burial in the New Lisbon Cemetery.
