Joyce Ann Herron

PIQUA – Joyce Ann Herron, 68, passed away Sunday March 6, 2016 at Hospice of Miami County. She was born February 1, 1948 in Versailles, Ohio, daughter of the late John and Verna (Carrel) Hannan.
Joyce worked at Springhill Nursery in Tipp City, and most recently at the Piqua Manor Nursing Home. She loved to play bingo, was a big Jeff Gordon Nascar fan and loved anything to do with Elvis.
She leaves to cherish her memory 2 sons, Scott Allan Herron of Piqua, Ohio, Michael Eugene (fiancé’ Billie Jo) Herron of Urbana, Ohio; siblings, Sandy (Jim) Moore, John Hannan, Linda Lore, Mary K. Hannan, Norma (Ruben) Sanchez, Vickie (Richard) Chavez, Gary (Darla) Hannan; brother and sister-in-laws Tarryl and Terry Herron and numerous other family members.
Joyce was preceded by her parents, a sister, Judy Roark, and her best friend, Sharon Flaugher.
Visitation will be from 2-3:00 p.m. Thursday March 10, 2106 at the Reichard Funeral Home Inc., 400 W. Deerfield Rd., Union City, Indiana .Funeral Services will be at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor Jim Meredith officiating. Burial will follow in the New Lisbon Cemetery.
