Joel Colchado, 28, of Union City, Ohio passed away Friday, November 8, 2019. He left to be with his Heavenly Father.
He was born June 10, 1991 in Santa Anna, CA to Joel & Victoria Colchado. He married Rosa Colchado on January 11, 2011, the love of his life and faithful partner of 10 years. They both decided to leave Santa Anna for a better life in Ohio. Joelito, as his family called him, was and always will be remembered as a young man full of life and love. He never gave up, even when things were tough and with lots of love, he dedicated himself to care, provide, and protect his wife. His smile was contagious and his joy will always be with us. Joel worked at Cooper Farms in St. Henry, OH the last 2 yrs, attended Casa De Oracion Church, enjoyed oldies music, loved to fish, and play video games.
He is survived by his wife of 10 Yrs, Rosa Colchado; parents, Joel & Victoria Colchado; sister, Mirna Perez; 2 brothers, Jonathan & Oscar Colchado; nephews, Erik, Micah, Jadiel and Lucas; nieces, Valeria, Emma, Bibiana, and Nizhoni; extended family and friends also.
Services will be Saturday at 11:00 AM at the Reichard Funeral Home Inc., 400 W. Deerfield Road Union City, Indiana with calling from 9:30 AM until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Union City Cemetery with Rev. Claudia Ruiz officiating.
