Jeremy was born on February 14, 1973 in Winchester, Indiana.
He was employed at Lynn Elevator & Transport.
He was a U.S. Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Jessica Albertson Mullens; father, Brent (Janie) Mullens, Farmland, Indiana; mother, Sorona (Delmer) Verneman, Union City, Indiana; children, Cody (Jaquie) Worthen, Greenville, Ohio, Michael (Jennifer) Mullens, Farmland, Indiana, Dustin Mullens, Farmland, Indiana, Billie Mullens, Farmland, Indiana, Brice Grile, Winchester, Indiana, Brenton Mullens, Greenville, Ohio, Abbie Worthen, Farmland, Indiana, Justyce Mullens, Storm Mullens, Faith Albertson all at Union City, Indiana; four grandchildren, Atrayu Worthen, Emma Worthen, Jordan Worthen, Jamie Norris; brothers and sisters, Jamey (Annette Bihl) Mullens, Lynn, Indiana, Justin (Ashley Collins) Verneman, Saratoga, Indiana, Jennifer (Dave) Hollinger-Coffey, Columbus, Ohio, Joe (Andrea Antonio) Mullens, Winchester, Indiana, Tracy Verneman Perkins, Greenville, Ohio, Trae (Bobbi) Verneman, Union City, Indiana; maternal grandmother, Martha Hutchins, Union City, Indiana; aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family also survive.

Memorial services are 5:00 p.m. Saturday, January 25, 2014 at Reichard Funeral Home Inc., 400 W. Deerfield Rd., Union City, IN, with Rev. Luke McKeeth. Randolph County Honor Guard with Military Rites.
Visitation is 2-5 p.m. Saturday, January 25, 2014 at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the family for expenses with envelopes at the funeral home.
