Jan Livingston, 67, of Union City, Indiana passed away Monday February 27, 2017 at Rest Haven Nursing Home in Greenville, Ohio. Jan was born July 28, 1949 in Union City, Indiana the daughter of the late John R. Meredith and Eileen (Chattin) "Bill" Thomas. Jan worked for Randolph County Division of Family Services were she retired.
Survivors: Son: Matthew (Angie) Livingston-Greenville, Ohio, Grandson: Haiden Livingston. several cousins and many friends also survive.
Preceded by; husband, David Livingston; and a sister, Nikki Meredith.
Private Graveside will be held at the convenience of the family with burial in Union City Cemetery. Reichard Funeral Home Inc. entrusted with services.
