Howdy Wright

M. "Howdy" Wright, 85, of Union City, OH, passed away peacefully Wednesday March 28, 2012 at his home surrounded by his loving family.  He was born Nov. 18, 1926 in the beautiful hills of Bulls Gap, TN to the late Joseph and Bessie Jane Wright.

Howdy was a member of the Willyby Church in Bulls Gap, TN,  loved Bluegrass music, his guitar, and singing praises unto His Lord!  He deeply loved his family and never had and unkind word cross his mind.

Survivors include his loving wife of 65 years, Deloris J. (Mong) Wright; 1 daughter, Alicia (Greg) Conklin of Somerset, KY.  1 sister-in-law, Margaret Wright.  4 grandchildren, Gina (Shayne) Hill, Shawn (Tammy) Howell, Chad and Gabe Howell.  5 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 8 brothers; Herman, Harding, Seldon, Jack, Tillman, Frank, Loli and Larry.  1 Sister; Effie Parker.

Visitation will be from 3-6 PM Sunday April 1, 2012 at the Reichard Funeral Home Inc. 400 W. Deerfield Rd. Union City, IN  47390.  Services will be held at 11 AM Monday April 2, 2012 also at the Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Murdoch and Tom Clevenger officiating.  Burial will follow at the Union City Cemetery.  Online condolences may be expressed at www.reichardfh.com
