Gary Allen Prescott, 78, of Union City, Indiana passed away Tuesday December 18, 2018 at Heartland Nursing Home in Greenville, Ohio. Gary Was born November 1, 1940 in Darke County, Ohio to the late Albert & Anna Preston Prescott. He retired from WM Manufacturing in Portland, also worked at Sheller-Globe in Portland, and Union City Body Company. Gary was a member of Eagles, American Legion, and Portland Moose.
Survivors: Daughter Patrice (Bill) Nelson-U.C., Ohio, 2 Grandchildren: Logan (Steve) Armstrong, Colyn Nelson, Sister: Marlene Washler.
Preceded by: Parents, Daughter: Nancy Prescott, 2 Brothers: Norman & Jerry Prescott.
Services will be held at Reichard Funeral Home Inc. Saturday December 22, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. with burial in Pleasant Hill Cemetery and the Rev. Sam Davenport officiating. Friends may call Friday December 21, 2018 from 5-7 p.m. at Reichard Funeral Home Inc.
