OCCUPATION:   Executive Secretary having worked at Union City Body Company and the Times-Gazette Newspaper.  Frances was a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church, and the Delta Theta Tau Sorority. She was devoted to her Family and loved spending time with her sons and grandchildren. She loved playing Bridge and Euchre and May was her favorite month.

SURVIVED BY:   2 Sons: Kent Lee (Patty) Burkett-Clayton, Ohio, Randall Keith (Nancy) Burkett-Atlanta, Georgia. 2 Granddaughters: Kristi Leigh (John) Duffy, Suzanne McMichael. 4 Great Grandchildren: Evan Duffy, Kellan Duffy, Aiden McMichael, Delaney McMichael. Sister: Helen Dershem-San Diego, Ca.

PRECEDED:  Parents, Husband: Forrest Burkett “96,” Daughter: Jill Kathleen Burkett, Sister: Charlotte Byram, 3 Brothers: Willard, Lowell, and Wendell Ullery.

VISITATION:  2:00 P.M. til 3:00 P.M. Tuesday May 7, 2013 at Reichard Funeral Home Inc. 400 W. Deerfield Road Union City, Indiana.

SERVICES:    3:00 P.M. Tuesday May 7, 2013 also at the Funeral Home.

OFFICIATING:  Rev. Roberta Hart

BURIAL: Jericho Cemetery Winchester, Indiana
