SURVIVED BY:  Wife of 65 years, Madonna Romer Welch, 4 children, Tim (Sue) Welch of Selma, IN, Randy (Becky) Welch of Winchester, IN, Jeff Welch of U.C., IN, and Sherry (Rusty) Edwards of U.C., OH.  10 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren.  2 sisters, Joyce (Al) Hurley of U.C., OH, and Annie St. Myers of Greenville, OH.  Several nieces and nephews also survive.
PRECEDED BY:  Parents, 2 sons, Mark and James Welch, 2 brothers, Wilmer Welch and Lloyd “Butch” Welch, and a sister, Helen Cunningham.
