Edmon H Fulk

Edmon H. Fulk, 90, long-time resident of Union City, Ind., passed away Sunday, September 15, 2109 at Pine Knoll Rehabilitation Center in Winchester, Ind. He was born March 20, 1929 in Linton, Ind. to the late Edmon H. and Cecelia Goodson Fulk, Sr.
Mr. Fulk was well known in the community for his service as Wayne Township Assessor for 34 years (1972-2006, deputy, 1966-1972). He worked as a milk hauler for Red 73 Creamery (1950-1963), Warner Gear Division in Muncie (1950-1988), and H&R Block Franchise (1969-1991). An Enrolled IRS agent, he was a member of the Public Accountants Association, the AFL-CIO of Warner Gear and the Eagles Lodge of Union City, Ind.
Survivors include a daughter, Judith (Jim) Michael of Littleton, CO; a son, Stephen Fulk of Union City, Ind.; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren; a brother, Bob Fulk of Indianapolis, Ind; four half-brothers, Larry Fulk, Gary Fulk, Terry Fulk, and Dennis Fulk.
He was preceded in death by a son, Eddie Fulk III; a daughter Cathy Clawson; two brothers, Jim and Bill Fulk; two sisters, Iris Marshall and Joyce Read.
At his request, there will be no calling hours or services. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Reichard Funeral Home Inc. entrusted with services.
His family members would like to thank the staff of Pine Knoll and give special thanks to Ginny, Shirley, and Lo for their care and concern over the years.
All of Mr. Fulk's dogs were rescue dogs. Memorial contributions can be made to PAWS (Pets are worth saving), 239, N. Columbia St., Union City, IN 47390.
