Donna Jo Hindsley, 81, of Union City, OH passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday Sept. 25, 2014 at the Union City Care Center.

(Karen) Hindsley all of Union City, IN, 7 grandchildren, Jared (Treva) Hindsley, Michelle (Jeremy) Stuckey, Logan Hindsley, Benjamin Peden, Matthew Peden, Joshua Hindsley and Ethan Hindsley.  3 Great grandchildren and a sister, Mary Jeanette Hardeman Maloon of Piqua, OH.

PRECEDED BY:  Parents, a grandson Kohl Hindsley, 3 brothers, Keith, John “Jr.” and Jerry Livingston and       1 sister Geraldine Robison.

VISITATION: 1-3 P.M. Monday September 29, 2014 at the New Lisbon Christian Church

SERVICES: 3 P.M. Monday Sept. 29, 2014 also at the Church
