Deanna "Cookie" Fay Allen age 79 of Greenville, Ohio went home to be with her Lord and Savior on April 16, 2021. She was born in Harlan, KY to the late Fred and Geneva (Dardy) Lambdin.
She enjoyed dancing, spending time with family, and playing cards.
Survivors include her children William "Bill" Funk of Saratoga, IN, Eric Funk of Union City, OH, Ceresa Boals of Lawrence, IN, Lucille Alen of Indianapolis; siblings, Jolene Rose, Druzella (Wayne) Pratt, Barbara Cash, Charlene (Pete) Lambdin, Michael (Lavonda) Lambdin; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, children; Jackie Pancake and Johnny Allen, siblings; Freddie, Jim, and Ronnie Lambdin, Shirley Butcher, Bonnie Wilson, Katie Lambdin, Jackie Lambdin, Myrtle Lambdin, and John Wayne Lambdin.
Visitation is 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Wednesday April 21, 2021 at Reichard Funeral Home, 400 West Deerfield Rd. Union City, IN. Services are at 7:00 pm Wednesday also at the Funeral Home. Burial will take place on Friday April, 23, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Rock Springs Cemetery in Kentucky.
