Cora Lee Tipton

Cora Lee Tipton 87 passed away on January 18, 2026, at Pineknoll Rehabilitation Centre in Winchester, IN. She was born on January 6, 1939, to the late Thomas Hammons and Ethel Marion Hammons.

Cora worked at Westinghouse for 22 years, was a home healthcare worker and loved spending time with her family.

Survivors include her children Pam Emmons (Karl Richter) of Winchester, IN, Jerry (Kim) Isabell of Union City, OH, Teresa (Richard) Johns of Union City, IN, sister Elda Frederick of Barbourville, KY, grandchildren; Stacy (Theo) Heiligenberg, Matthew (Cailyn) Johns, Nicholas (Katelyn) Johns, Hailey (Sam) Brown, and 11 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Grover Tipton, and son John Isabell.

There will be a public visitation from 12 noon to 1:00 pm on Thursday January 22, 2026, at Reichard Funeral Home 400 W. Deerfield Road Union City, IN. A service to honor Cora’s life will begin at 1:00 with burial to follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
