Clara (Clarene) Irene Wagner, 86, passed away Saturday September 1, 2018 at Reid Health Hospital in Richmond, IN. She was born June 27, 1932 at home in Randolph County.
Most of Clarene’s life was in the service of helping others through home healthcare and her church missions. She truly loved helping others from all walks of life.
Survivors include daughters, Christine Long (Butch) of Union City, IN; Janet Adams (Dirk) of Park Hill, OK; Step-daughter Becky Poe, Yuba City, CA; Son, Aaron Damewood of Park Hill, OK.
Grandchildren: Travis Long, Brock Long (Heather), Brent Long (Kasey), Angela Bane (Joe), Sean Mendenhall (April), Billy Eaker, Deanna Eaker, Brett Eaker and 14 Great Grandchildren.
Brothers: Bud Williamson (Regina), Richard Williamson (Nancy), Charles Williamson, Allen Williamson (Vicy), Bill Williamson (Pauline). Sisters: Beverly Cameron, Phyllis Dickison, Sharon Hiser (Keith), Karen Price (Phil), Brother-in-law Richard (Dick) Mosier.
She was preceded by her husband Wendell Damewood, second husband Samuel Wagner and Granddaughter-in-law Shannon Laursen Long, sister Barbara Mosier and her parents Guy and Ruth Williamson.
Memorial will be held at Peaceful Valley Friends, officiated by Pastor Charlene Crouch, located at 5518 South County Road 500 East, Lynn Indiana on Saturday September 8, 2018 at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations be made to Peaceful Valley Friends, envelopes available at Memorial.
