SURVIVED BY:  wife of 59 yrs. Nell Rose Spitzer Smith, a son, C. Wayne (Stephanie) Smith of Anderson, S.C., brother and sister-in-laws, Von (Ruth) Spitzer of Versailles, OH, Chester (Reba) Richmond of McMinnville, TN, Don (Peggy) Spitzer of Sumter, S.C., Norman (Shelvia) Mock of U.C., IN, Keith (Shirley) Spitzer, Ken (Joyce) Spitzer both of Versailles, OH, and Errol (Linda) Spitzer of McMinnville, TN.  2 Grandchildren, Brandon and Kearsten Smith.  Nieces and Nephews also survive.
