UNION CITY, OH – Bill Jenks, 77, passed away in his sleep surrounded by his family Wednesday February 24, 2016 at Reid Health in Richmond, Ind.
Bill was born May 19, 1938 in San Bernardino, CA the son of Francis Louis McKenny.
He was a U.S. Army veteran, an independent truck driver, owned several small business’s in Union City, a gas station, restaurant, and a tree service.
He will be deeply missed by his wife of 23 years, Rojena Bousman Jenks; a daughter, Teresa (Jonathan) Connor of Union City, Ohio; 3 grandchildren, Tyler, Makayla, and Zach Connor; siblings, Norman (Byrdie) Whyde of Missouri, and Deloris Keener of Union City, Ind., and his dog Alfalfa.
Funeral services are 12:00 noon Saturday February 27, at the Reichard Funeral Home Inc. with visitation two hours prior to services. Burial will follow in the Union City Cemetery with the Rev. Sonny Pettie officiating.
