Andrew Carl "Knuckles" Walters

Andrew Carl "Knuckles" Walters, 60, passed away Thursday January 20, 2022 at Reid Health in Richmond. He was born January 23, 1960 the son of William Edward “Pete” and Edna May Walters. He is preceded in death by his father William Edward “Pete” Walters, brother Roy (Debbie) Walters, brother Danny Ross, and nephew Steve Plessinger.

Survivors include his children Scott (Sarah) Vance, Jason (Faith) Walters, Dalton (Darrian Bradshaw) Walters; grandchildren Ryleigh, Madelyn, Mitchell, Kobe, Jake, Mason and Claya, Kane and baby Walters due in March, Forrest, Carson and Mia; siblings Kurt (Kristie) Ross, Amanda (George) Plessinger, Sam Ross; mother, Edna Ross; nieces and nephews as well as many lifetime friends and some that were new along the way also survive.

Pops was a Harley man who loved his days spent on two wheels, any amount of sun his skin could possibly soak up, he loved his toys & trucks, all of the time he spent working on his projects and tinkering in the garage. He enjoyed time spent with his grandkids and was proud of each and everyone of them. He was especially proud of his three sons Scott, Jason, and Dalton. He was always ready to help them tackle a home renovation project, loved and felt at home in “The Shop”, and never left hungry or without dessert. He had a wicked sense of humor, a story for every turn of life, and never met a stranger he couldn’t make into some kind of friend. He fought hard with his fiery spirit until the very end leaving us with a double duces and some “knuckles” jr’s to carry on his memory. He left many good memories along his almost 61 years of life. We welcome you to come and celebrate Pops life and share your good times and memories along the way.

Visitation is from 12 Noon - 1 pm Thursday January 27 at the Community Fellowship Church. A service will be held at 1 pm with Rich Collins as the Celebrant. Burial will follow in the Fountain Park Cemetery, Winchester, IN.
