Amber Rose Richardson 44 of Farmland, IN passed away on February 17, 2026, at Reid Hospital in Richmond, IN, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on November 1, 1981, in Portland, IN, to Ken Timmerman and Susanne Roberts.
Amber brought laughter and light into every room she entered. Her smile was contagious, and her sense of humor could brighten even the hardest days. Above all, she loved her two boys with her whole heart, they were her greatest joy and proudest accomplishment. Amber enjoyed cheering her boys on at every sporting event and spending time with family and friends. She loved her job as a probation officer. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by how many lives she touched.
Survivors include her parents, Susanne (Stephen) Detrick of Winchester, IN, Ken Timmerman, husband, Sean Richardson of Farmland, IN, sons, Cole and Caleb Luedike of Farmland, IN, sisters. Angie (Rodney) O’Connor of Union City, IN, Ariel (Billy) Green of Winchester, IN, mother and father in law, Pam (Gary) Richardson of Bowling Green, OH, sister in law, Shannon (Ray) Driscoll of Flower Mound, TX, grandparents, Kay Roberts, Rosie Timmerman, nieces and nephews, Emily (Kelby) Purdin, Elly, Scott, and Jac O’Connor, Laynee and Bentley Green, Brianna, Layla and Allie Driscoll, great niece, Navy Purdin.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Lawrence Roberts, Beverly Richardson, Shirley Eikenberry, Darla Luedike, Alvin Timmerman, and her aunt, Julie Fisher.
The family will receive visitors from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on Monday, February 23, 2026, at Reichard Funeral Home 400 W. Deerfield Road, Union City, IN.
A service to celebrate Amber’s life will begin at 2:00 pm with burial to follow at New Lisbon Cemetery.
