Mary and I were saddened to hear of Tom's passing and want to express our condolences to all of  Tom's family members.
I met Tom when our schools consolidated in 1960, and we became good friends and had a lot of fun times together.
Tom and I worked on Green houses the summer after graduation and we both had a lot fun when we were not working.
One of funniest times with Tom I remember is when were in HS at the Darke County Fair Fred Reigle always had trailer there that we camped at.  One night we had some watermelons to eat and after we all had enough watermelon to eat Tom took a piece and started writing on an older car parked close to the trailer.  I can still hear  Tom holler hey Harry look at this while writing his name on the car with the watermelon and then I saw the man that was sleeping in the car look out the window.  I could not run because I was laughing so hard.  But we did spend some time after that washing the car of a very upset car owner.
Rest In Peace Tom!

Uncle Tom always had a zest for life.  I remember when he was in high school we watched him dancing on a tv show.  He will be sadly missed.  Love to you and all of your family at this time.
