A wonderful man has entered heaven. I loved the year that Mel and I worked together, each of us doing our level best to give student with special needs our love and support to be able to navigate high school. My sympathy to Mel's family and all who were touched by his life. I am blessed to have had him in my world for a few minutes.

Sincerest sympathy to Mel's wife and children. During census 2000, I had the pleasure of working with Mel. He was always so upbeat and truly enjoyed making everyone around him so happy. May he rest in peace. Prayers
