Marjorie L. Threewits, 85, of Union City, Ohio passed away Monday February 5, 2018 at Village Green Healthcare in Greenville, Ohio. Marjorie was born October 24, 1932 in Darke County, Ohio to the late Verl & Edna Slam Hetzler. She was a member of Community United Methodist Church where she was active in Community Ladies Group, member of the Eastern Star of Ansonia, Ohio, Darke County Farm Bureau, loved traveling, gardening, cooking and baking, and most of all spending time with her family.
Survivors include her husband, Walter L. Threewits of 64 Yrs; children, Paul (Nancy) Threewits-U.C., Ohio, Pam (Don) Pohlman-Versailles, Ohio, Kim (Tom) Baldwin-Delaware, Ohio; grandchildren, Chad (Emily) Threewits, Joni (Todd) Pechie, Ryan (Crystal) McGlothlin, Sarah (Ryan) Hershey, Laura (Travis) Smith, Max Baldwin; 3 step grandchildren, Kevin (Jen) Pohlman, Eric Pohlman, Alex (Courtney) Pohlman; 8 great grandchildren and 1 step great granddaughter; 3 brothers, Ronnie Hetzler-Greenville, Ohio, Gary (Carmen) Hetzler-Canal Winchester, Ohio, Darrel (Brenda) Hetzler-Jamestown, Ohio; nieces and nephews also survive.
She was preceded by her parents, step-mother, Elinor Hetzler.
  Visitation is Sunday February 11, 2018 from 2-5 P.M. at Reichard Funeral Home, 400 W. Deerfield Rd, Union City, IN 47390. Funeral Services will be held Monday February 12, 2018 10:30 A.M. also at the funeral home. Burial will be in Teegarden Cemetery with Darrel Hetzler officiating.
  Memorial Contributions can be made to Community United Methodist Church or Hospice of Darke County with envelopes at the funeral home. Online condolences may be expressed at

I am so sorry to hear of Margie's passing. I have wonderful memories of visits to the farm with Larry and my family! She was a wonderful hostess and cook. Blessings and prayers for the family.
